3 special consideration embryos looking for loving home!
Thank you for taking the time to find out more about me and the three embryos I would like to donate to a loving family! I am a teacher and have two teens from a previous marriage. We enjoy the arts, music, being outdoors, baking, and spending time as a family (we have an expanded family now; I have a new partner and also two stepchildren so have moved on from my TTC journey). These embryos were created in 2019 and sent for PGS testing in 2020. The embryos were created with my eggs and donor sperm (happy to send more photos of me and my teens as well as the donor’s profile).
I have just had a potential match fall through with a very nice IP couple and am hoping to find a loving family for these embryos. The label from PGS testing in 2020 was ”chaotic” which means several chromosomal errors, but upon retesting this kind of embryo, they are finding that these results are not definite and actually about 40% of them come back PGS normal (euploid, viable!) if they test them a second time.
The embryos will be retested in a month or two with non-invasive testing (easier on the embryo since they just test the medium culture and don’t do another regular PGS biopsy).
- Snapshot of my life and family:
I have two teens from a previous marriage, a partner, and two step-kids. We enjoy board games, time outdoors, cabin weekends, watching movies, and spending time with family, whether nearby or on weekends away. I enjoy gardening and playing music as well as reading, crafts, and baking.
- Fertility story:
I did several rounds of IVF about three years after I divorced, hoping to have at least one more child but then eventually decided not to pursue having another child on my own. There is a FB dibling group and reported births from the donor!
