Wanting to Add to Our Pack!
We are the Schenck’s!
My name is Theresa (Mama or Mommy) and my wife is Stacey (Mom).
We have been together since 2011 and married in 2018.
Stacey is a more introverted person and very career driven. After work and on her days off; you can find her engaging into play with the kids, doing yard work, and sipping on an adult beverage.
Theresa is extremely extroverted and can carry a conversation with anyone. You will usually find her engaging into play with her kids at the park, walking the dog, or in the kitchen.
We are so blessed with our two beautiful children, but have more love in our hearts to add another baby to our ‘SchenckPack’
- Snapshot of my life and family:
We are originally from Ohio born and raised but have moved to Wisconsin the fall of 2022.
We are a very adventurous family; enjoy outdoors, hiking, camping, going to museums, zoos, and having campfires in our backyard. Love to travel to new places to explore and create memories. We enjoy attending sporting events and concerts! GoPAckGo! We love animals, especially our puppy, Beau.
Theresa is from a large family and her parents have 26 grandchildren.
Stacey is from a smaller family and her parents have 6 grandchildren.
We love spending time with family and friends.
We live in a very diverse and welcoming neighborhood and have friends of all walks of life. We are in a supportive and diverse school district.
We practice Christianity; teaching our children about Jesus through prayer, but most importantly through love, kindness, forgiveness, and acceptance. We talk about how all families/people are different, and that’s ’okay’.
Jesus loves us all. - Fertility story:
Theresa used her eggs and carried both children.
First child was created via IUI (second try) born January 2019. Two years later we tried for another baby. After two fails IUI, Theresa did IVF to conceive our son, born January 2022.
We used all of the donor sperm and he is no longer available. Only one embryo out of 7 made it to day sixth; our son.
In 2024 we found another donor and Theresa started IVF. Fall of 2024 only 1 embryo made it to day sixth, was PGT tested abnormal. Spring of 2025 completed another IVF cycle and out of 5 embryos 2 made it to day sixth for PGT testing, came back abnormal.
