Outdoor-Loving, Faith-Filled Family, Ready to Grow
Dear Prospective Donor Family,
Thank you for taking the time to learn about our family. We know that choosing a family for your embryos is a meaningful decision, and we would be grateful to be considered.
We are a family of three from a rural Ohio community. My husband is 39, I am 38, and we have a wonderful 10-year-old son. Being his parents has brought more joy and purpose to our lives than we could ever express. We have hoped to welcome another child into our family, and our son cannot wait to become an older brother.
After trying unsuccessfully to grow our family, I was diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency. We learned that having another biological child is highly unlikely for me. That news was difficult to process, but over time, we found peace and renewed hope through the possibility of embryo donation.
Faith is an important part of our home. We are Christians, and we raise our son with a foundation of faith, kindness, honesty, gratitude, and compassion. We want our children to know that they are loved unconditionally by both God and their family. We also want them to understand the importance of treating others well, working hard, and extending grace to themselves and others.
We are a down-to-earth family. Most days, you will find us in jeans and T-shirts, with music playing somewhere in the background. We enjoy teasing one another, and not taking ourselves too seriously. Our home is loving and structured, but it is also comfortable and lively. We love being outdoors together. Some of our favorite activities include hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, camping in our Airstream, and sitting around a campfire. We enjoy taking family vacations, celebrating special occasions at a nice restaurant, and spending time with the people we love.
Our son has the most loving heart, is smart, and active. He plays baseball and soccer and participates in 4-H, where he raises and shows goats. My husband coaches his baseball team, volunteers at his school, and is a devoted father. He is the kind of dad who is fully present, whether he is helping care for animals, practicing baseball in the yard, attending a school activity, or joining in the family joking around.
Not every evening is an adventure, and we enjoy those ordinary moments too. Sometimes family time means sitting down for dinner and talking about our day. Sometimes it means watching a favorite TV show, reading together, laughing over something ridiculous that happened, or simply relaxing after a busy week. Our evenings often end with bedtime stories, conversations, prayers, laughter, and plenty of snuggles. We value those everyday moments because we know how quickly childhood passes.
We both have stable careers that allow us to provide a secure and comfortable home. I work as a Supply Chain Director, and my husband is an Electrical Controls Engineer. We are grateful for the opportunities our careers provide, but our family will always be our highest priority.
Our parenting style includes warmth, fun, structure, and responsibility. We encourage imagination, outdoor play, curiosity, and independent critical thinking. We also teach our son the importance of perseverance, self-discipline, stewarding his abilities, and following through on commitments.
We understand that a child born through embryo donation has a unique and meaningful story. We would speak openly, honestly, and respectfully about that story from an early age in a way that is appropriate for the child’s development. We would make sure the child understands that their life began through your act of love and generosity. We would honor the child’s story and help them develop a healthy understanding of their identity. Our hope is to welcome a child whom we can love, guide, support, and celebrate for exactly who they are.
We are open to closed, semi-open, or open communication, depending on what feels most comfortable and appropriate for everyone involved. We would honor any relationship or communication plan agreed upon. Most importantly, we would always speak about you and your family with respect and gratitude. We would prefer to match with a family whose values align with ours.
We do not have a gender preference, should that information be available. We are hopeful of finding a family that shares some physical characteristics with our family, and we are also hoping for a positive family health history.
If you choose our family, your embryos would be welcomed into a stable, hardworking, faith-filled, loving, and laughter-filled home. A child would have devoted parents, a sibling who cannot wait to become an older brother, and a community ready to embrace them. Please reach out if you feel we’d be a good match!

- Snapshot of my life and family:
We are a family of three living in a rural Ohio community. My husband is 39, I am 38, and we have a wonderful son who is 10. I would consider us an active family. We are usually attending one of my son’s sporting events, camping, going on a small trip, or working on a home reno project. We recently built a 1200sq ft barn so 4-H goats could join our family, and my husband could have more space for woodworking projects.
Family is the center of our lives, and being parents has brought us more joy and purpose than we could ever express. After trying unsuccessfully to grow our family, I was diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency, and we learned that having another biological child is highly unlikely for me. That was difficult news to process, but over time we found peace and renewed hope through embryo donation. We feel grateful for the possibility of welcoming another child into our family and giving them a loving, stable, and supportive home. I feel like someone is missing from our family and I am hopeful to find them via embryo donation. - Fertility story:
